TASTE for Equity is on a transformational journey to cultivate equity through multiple avenues. What began as a single gala has evolved into a dynamic, multifaceted initiative following the organization’s transition to nonprofit status.
More than a gala, TASTE for Equity is a catalyst that fuels relationships, supports BIPOC and queer entrepreneurs, and ignites renewed commitments to equity and justice. It is where celebration meets strategy and where community-powered action begins.

For the past several years, the TASTE for Equity Gala has been more than a celebration of the progress we make in our tireless fight for equity—it has offered re-inspiration for the fight, joy and gratitude when we need it, and new connections that have inspired action.
This year we're trying something new...
TASTE for Equity’s gala is shifting to an every-other-year cadence, but that doesn’t mean you won’t see us before 2027!
We are launching a series of events that spotlight each of our beneficiaries, brings back some of our all-star chefs and
winemakers, and amps up the possibilities for connection and inspiration.
3 Intimate, Powerful Gatherings for 2026
Instead of one massive moment, this year we are creating three gatherings in Spring, Summer, and Fall.
