Our intention is to honor the vintage personality every year, its characteristics, enhance the flavor of our fruit and the minerality of our soils. Elegant, delicate but a bit more full body, our wines are dry (zero residual sugars), but fruit and some spice and earthy oriented. Velvety, smooth and silky. But depending which wine you are tasting, you will experience different characteristics from where they grown, well balance in acidity. The Rosé tends to be very mineral with nice acidity. Honoring the flavors of what mother nature brings us every year. Organic and Biodynamic practices.
All wines are Estate fruit, low intervention, honoring mothers nature gift of each vintage.
In the years when our vines were developing from small tender shoots to sturdy fruit-producing vines, we searched the valley high and low for a winemaker to coax the essence of this special place into rich yet elegant wines.
Fortunately for us, we found Drew Voit, a highly regarded winemaker who's produced some of the most highly esteemed and rated wines from Oregon's Willamette Valley. In 2017 we became more hands-on in the wine-making process.
In 2018, Sofia was learning to make wine with his winemaker mentor Pioneer Dick Erath made a base Sparkling Rosé and in 2019 a Pinot noir, at the same time, Ryan and Sofia are very involved in the wine-making with the team at Harper Voit.
